They're two different events. Welcome to Bollywood Festival is our 3-day, all-ages family festival — that's what ran in 2025 and what returns to Johannesburg in 2027. Welcome to Bollywood LIVE is a one-night, adults-only (18+) concert — that's what's happening in 2026, in Johannesburg and Durban.
Welcome to Bollywood Festival — a 3-day, all-ages family festival at Montecasino, Fourways, Johannesburg (12–14 September 2025), with live music, fashion runways, a curated market and street food.
A one-night concert experience, not the 3-day festival — a world-class live production featuring an international artist alongside South Africa's favourite Bollywood entertainers. Adults only, 18+.
Two shows: Johannesburg on 5 December 2026 and Durban on 6 December 2026. Venues for both are still to be announced — we'll update this page and our socials as soon as they're confirmed.
The 3-day Welcome to Bollywood Festival returns to Johannesburg — all ages welcome again, just like 2025.
Tickets are sold through Howler, our official ticketing partner (also used in 2025). 2026 sales aren't live yet — see the Tickets page for the current status, or follow our socials for the announcement.
2026 pricing hasn't been announced yet. With an international artist joining the lineup, expect it to sit a little higher than previous years — final tiers and pricing will be confirmed once Howler opens sales.
Yes — Welcome to Bollywood LIVE is strictly 18 and over. Please bring valid ID, as age may be verified at entry. Our family festival (all ages) returns in 2027.
Weapons, drugs, outside food and outside alcohol are not allowed on-site. Final entry conditions will be confirmed with each venue announcement.
Parking details for both the Johannesburg and Durban shows will be confirmed once each venue is announced. Montecasino parking was available on-site throughout 2025's festival.
2026's Welcome to Bollywood LIVE is a concert only — there's no market. Vendor and stallholder opportunities return with the 3-day festival in 2027. Visit our Become a Vendor page to apply now and we'll be in touch as planning opens up.
Ticket refunds follow Howler's standard event refund policy, published on each live ticket listing once it opens. General terms are also covered on our Terms & Legal page.
