1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing welcometobollywoodza.co.za (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. These Terms are separate from, and don't replace, the ticket terms and conditions you agree to directly with Howler when purchasing a ticket.

2. Event & ticketing terms

Welcome to Bollywood is organised by Welcome to Bollywood, an independently registered entity operating under its own founding (CK) documents ("Organiser", "we", "us"). Event details published on this Site, including dates, lineup and pricing, are subject to change; we'll update the Site and our socials with any confirmed changes.

3. Site use & conduct

You may browse this Site for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape or copy content from this Site
• Attempt to interfere with the Site's normal operation
• Use content from this Site to create a competing event, or to imply an affiliation with Welcome to Bollywood that doesn't exist

4. Copyright & intellectual property notice

All content on this Site — including the "Welcome to Bollywood" name, logo, wordmark, event concept, theme, look and feel, photography, video, graphics, copy and page design — is the property of Welcome to Bollywood, an independently registered entity operating under its own founding (CK) documents, or its licensors, and is protected by South African and international copyright law, unless otherwise stated.

What this means

• No part of this Site, and no part of the Welcome to Bollywood event concept, name or branding, may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed or used to create a similar event without our prior written permission.
• The Welcome to Bollywood name and any associated logos are used as trademarks of the Organiser, whether or not formally registered, and their unauthorised use is prohibited.
• Photography and video from our events remain the property of the Organiser and/or the photographers and videographers we've commissioned, and may not be reused commercially without permission.

This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under South African law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
